Along the northshore of Maui are these rock sculpture-like formations. There are hundreds of them along one area of the western coastline of Maui. It reminds me of a Zen Garden.
Creative expression through art has always been with me since childhood. The picture an artist creates, with any medium, must compel us to keep looking, as we see the artist's love of the subject show through with beauty, color, line, form, and composition. A person has to love the art they create otherwise it will not be convincing. As a native Californian, I'm always inspired by the beauty of nature and try to incorporate that feeling into my photographs and digital art.
